Why team briefings work is because it gives a chance for all staff to understand what’s in it for them, balanced with how they can contribute to the growth of the business.
This morning I was part of a client’s 7am ‘all staff’ briefing to showcase a new brand that they can be part of.
Whilst there were a few grumbles about the early start, by the end of an hour of honest, open and collaborative sharing, everyone left buzzing about the opportunity.
The mantra for today is share, openly, honestly and clearly, with everyone in your team.
