Morning Routine Green Smoothie

What’s Your Morning Routine? I make a green smoothie most mornings, to go with meditation and some yoga stretching.

I find that balancing some thought work (or with meditation, lack of thought) with some physical work and then fuelling myself, are the correct ingredients with which to begin each day.

It’s not all about me though. I am very interested to find out more about other people’s morning routines. So I would like to ask you, what’s yours?

For some people it’s about dashing for the bus or train after grabbing some toast. I prefer to wake early to allow myself the time to begin the day for me rather than others. I will never check emails, messages or social media until I have readied myself.

If I have now tended to myself, I always wonder how I could be of service throughout the day. So I begin with me.

So what’s your morning routine?

Half a banana
Half an avocado
Chunk of fresh ginger
Couple of slices of cucumber
Handful of spinach leaves
A little green chilli
Sprinkle of wheatgrass powder
Sprinkle of macca powder
Tiny sprinkle of chia seeds
Sprinkle of spirulina powder
As much coconut water as I like, to make the right consistency of smoothie
