Forget Gantt Charts and complicated project management, this is a simple and effective process. It gives you clear priorities and measurable outcomes. What more could you need.
Of course there are thousands of marketing tools you could use in a product or service launch. Things like events, internal communications, PR etc. If you simply follow this process you will identify all those that are meaningful and relevant for you.
