Occupational Psychologist, Naomi Stone, believes it can and has the research evidence to prove it.

Naomi has spent many years researching and studying biophilia. The biophilia hypothesis (also called BET) suggests that humans possess an innate tendency to seek connections with nature and other forms of life. Naomi believes that even the smallest of natural interactions, from pot plants to views of nature, can have a profound effect on how we feel.
